01
Discover
The performance gap
Frontline staff service very different spaces in a single shift, using concentrated products that each have a specific job. The need was practical judgment rather than policy recall: which product to reach for, how to prepare it safely, and how to respond when something goes wrong.
02
Scope
Recall, apply, respond
Three lessons, sequenced to build on each other. The first reactivates prior learning through short workplace scenarios. The second builds product knowledge and the dilution process, then applies it across different areas of the facility. The third covers hazard response, protective equipment and Safety Data Sheets.
03
Build
Narrative and game mechanics
A recurring pair of hosts carries the course with humour, turning compliance content into a story learners want to follow. Lessons unlock in sequence like levels, products are explored on demand rather than presented as text, and the dilution system is taught through demonstration and a guided walkthrough.
04
Prove
Practice with feedback
Learners apply what they know in a product-matching challenge set in real work areas, with a second attempt and a targeted review loop when they miss. Scenario-based knowledge checks close the safety lesson, each with feedback that explains the right call. Narration is voiced throughout.
