THE AI SIDE

At Amazon I spent three and a half years on the computer-vision system behind Amazon Fashion's product recommendations. I was the human tie-breaker on contested annotation cases, which meant my judgment set the ground truth the model trained against, and I later engineered the image-to-text prompts behind the suggestions it shipped. Hands-on AI work years before the current boom. I then authored the onboarding and technical training that taught globally distributed teams, across three countries and multiple languages, how to actually use it. First in-house, later on contract.

THE CONSULTING PRACTICE

Consulting independently since 2021, I authored the instructional content behind a professional certification in behavioral finance, the kind advisors carry after their name. Content that has to survive an exam people can fail gets built differently, and that standard follows me into every project since. A self-built, AI-assisted workflow with Claude, ChatGPT, Vyond, and ElevenLabs cut my script production time in half, and expert-level Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite keep the quality where it needs to be. Across retail, finance, and technology, I treat training as a performance problem, not a content problem.
