At Amazon, I trained and debugged the machine-learning model behind Amazon Fashion's product recommendations — hands-on AI work years before the current boom — then authored the onboarding and technical training that taught globally distributed teams, across three countries and multiple languages, how to actually use it. First in-house, later on contract.

THE CONSULTING PRACTICE

Consulting independently since 2021, I design interactive learning with expert-level Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite. My self-built, AI-assisted workflow — Claude, ChatGPT, Vyond, ElevenLabs — cut script production time by 50% and shipped a commercially launched 34-module program. Across retail, finance, and technology, I treat training as a performance problem, not a content problem.
